Day 1: Unpacking Business vs. Organizations (3 hours)

Martijn will guide you through the differences between businesses (like a therapist’s practice) and larger organizations and how constellations in these areas are different from family constellations. By understanding these nuances, you’ll gain clarity on applying Constellations techniques effectively in each setting. The day will include a live demonstration of a business experiencing real issues. Martijn will facilitate the constellation and reflect on it, thus examining the root dynamics and key approaches for resolution. Then each participant will map out a challenge within your own business context.

Day 2: Deep Dive into Business Constellation Techniques (3 hours)

Building on the concepts covered in Day 1, the second day will delve into specialized Business Constellations techniques to address recurring issues like getting more clients, creating financial success, team alignment, and strategic clarity. Another live demonstration will be presented, followed by a breakdown of practical approaches for uncovering hidden dynamics within smaller businesses. The day concludes with a participatory group session, guiding you to explore and resolve blocks within your own practice or organization.
