Have You Experienced a Loss?

Have you lost someone or something significant in your life? Whether it's the passing of a loved one, the end of a cherished job, the loss of a body part, or the missed opportunity of a lifetime, each loss can leave us with a tangled web of unprocessed emotions. These feelings, if left unresolved, can become blocks that hinder our well-being and achievements.

This Diwali: A Time for Healing

As we celebrate the festival of lights, we invite you to heal from grief and trauma and scale on a transformative journey. Join us this Diwali to release the layers of loss that weigh you down and rediscover your true self and well-being.

What You'll need for the workshop:

  1. Notebook and Pen: To capture your thoughts and insights throughout the workshop.
  2. Comfortable Pillow or Cushion: For added comfort during reflective exercises and to create a cozy atmosphere.
  3. Bat or Stick and Matka (Earthen Pot): For those who are more physically expressive, or alternatively, a stack of old newspapers.

Come prepared to engage both your mind and body as we embark on this journey of self-discovery!

What to Expect 

In this workshop, we will guide you through the complex emotions associated with grief and loss, helping you to address and process them effectively. Together, we will move through the five stages of grief:

1. Denial: Acknowledge the initial shock and disbelief. Understand how this stage affects your emotional landscape.

2. Anger: Explore feelings of frustration and helplessness. Learn healthy ways to express and release this anger.

3. Depression: Recognize the sadness that follows loss and find tools to navigate through this emotional heaviness.

4. Bargaining: Understand the longing to regain what was lost and the impact this has on your healing process.

5. Acceptance: Embrace the journey toward acceptance, allowing you to find peace and create space for new possibilities.
